This Stelph fell off it's rack and the bows hit the ground. It had a fracture nearly all the way around the hull which went through a previous repair on the hull.

We sanded back the damaged skin and honeycomb core. New honeycomb core was laminated in. A new outer carbon skin was then laminated to the hull under vacuum. By replacing the damaged core and outer skin the repair is as strong and as light as the original construction.

This repair was completed within 7 days including collection and delivery, showing that repairs can be done to the best quality with a fast turn around.
